I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful growth and lasting change. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself and working through life's challenges.

My Approach

I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful and lasting change. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and honest, balancing support with accountability and practical strategies you can use outside of the therapy room.

Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and experiences. Together, we work to identify unhelpful patterns, develop healthier coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and create changes that align with your goals and values.

Areas of Focus

Substance Use & Addiction
Support for individuals struggling with substance use, addiction, relapse patterns, and the emotional or behavioral challenges that often accompany recovery. Therapy focuses on understanding underlying patterns, strengthening coping skills, increasing accountability, and building a healthier path forward.

OCD & Anxiety
Helping clients better understand anxious thoughts, fears, intrusive thoughts, obsessive thoughts, and patterns that can interfere with everyday life. Treatment focuses on developing practical strategies for managing anxiety, increasing emotional flexibility, and reducing the power these patterns have over daily decisions.

Depression
A supportive space to work through feelings of sadness, disconnection, low motivation, hopelessness, or feeling stuck. Together, we identify contributing patterns and develop realistic steps toward improved mood, connection, purpose, and overall well-being.

Trauma
Trauma can impact how you see yourself, your relationships, and the world around you. Therapy provides a safe environment to process difficult experiences, understand trauma responses, strengthen coping skills, and move toward greater safety, stability, and healing.

Men's Issues
A judgment-free space for men navigating stress, relationships, anger, identity, fatherhood, work pressures, emotional expression, substance use, and other challenges. Therapy offers practical support while encouraging healthier communication, coping strategies, relationships, and personal growth.

Helping you navigate life's challenges with compassion, honesty, and hope.

Life can feel overwhelming when you're navigating difficult emotions, relationships, past experiences, or patterns that seem hard to change. Therapy can provide a place to slow down, better understand what you're experiencing, and begin building the tools and confidence needed to move forward. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported while working toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
