Elizabeth Weber: Self-Worth, Anxiety, Depression, Life Transitions
I enjoy working with teens and adults navigating self-worth, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and personal growth. I provide a warm, encouraging space where clients can build confidence, better understand themselves, and feel supported through life’s challenges.
Student Intern
My Approach
I believe counseling should be a space where clients feel safe to be themselves without fear of judgment. My approach is compassionate, encouraging, and collaborative, allowing clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, experiences, and relationships while developing a stronger understanding of themselves.
I especially enjoys helping clients who struggle with self-doubt, anxiety, depression, or uncertainty about what comes next. I work alongside clients to identify patterns that may be holding them back, recognize their strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and build greater confidence as they move toward their goals.
Areas of Interest
Self-Worth & Self-Esteem
Helping clients explore negative beliefs about themselves, recognize their strengths, develop greater self-compassion, and build a healthier and more confident sense of self.
Anxiety
Supporting clients who experience worry, overthinking, stress, perfectionism, or feeling overwhelmed. Counseling can help clients better understand their anxiety while developing practical tools for managing difficult thoughts and emotions.
Depression
Providing a supportive space for clients experiencing sadness, low motivation, disconnection, hopelessness, or feeling stuck while helping them work toward greater connection, purpose, and emotional well-being.
Life Transitions
Change can bring uncertainty even when it is expected or positive. Elizabeth enjoys helping clients navigate transitions involving school, relationships, young adulthood, family changes, careers, and other new seasons of life.
Identity & Personal Growth
Helping teens and adults better understand themselves, explore their values and goals, strengthen confidence, and develop a clearer sense of who they are and who they want to become.
