Yoga and meditation played a vital role in my personal healing journey, and I believe these practices can be just as transformative for others. I focus on improving both physical and mental well-being by caring for the mind and body as a whole.
As a Yoga and Meditation Instructor, I offer trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, and meditation to support those navigating challenges such as substance use, trauma, and sleep difficulties. Whether in small groups or individual sessions, I create a safe space for growth, self-discovery, and connection between mind and body.
