Creating a safe space for children, families, and individuals to heal and grow

I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Tarleton State University. My journey into counseling began while working with children of disabled veterans, where I witnessed how powerful it is to feel supported and understood during vulnerable times. These experiences, along with being part of a military family myself, played an important role in shaping my passion for creating a safe, welcoming space where children and families can share openly without fear of judgment.

I am passionate about walking alongside clients on their healing journeys, offering empathy, understanding, and encouragement. My current areas of interest include supporting families of veterans, providing play therapy for children ages 4 and up, and working with individuals living with chronic illnesses.
