Helping teens and adults reconnect, heal and grow

I walk alongside teens and adults who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or weighed down by life’s expectations, offering a gentle space to breathe, be seen, and feel supported. My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in Internal Family Systems, helping you understand and care for the parts of yourself that have carried pain, protection, or silence for far too long.

In our time together, you’ll find warmth, safety, and compassion as we explore your story, at your pace. My hope is that you leave each session feeling more grounded, more understood, and more connected to the strength and goodness already within you.

My role is not to lead your journey, but to walk beside you with kindness as you rediscover trust, healing, and a deeper sense of peace.
