Helping adults explore meaning and reconnect with themselves.

I aim to help you explore what no longer brings fulfillment so we can uncover renewed meaning and purpose in your life. I work with adults seeking balance, clarity, and a sense of contentment while navigating the competing demands of everyday living. My approach is grounded in Existential Theory, inviting a deeper understanding of what gives life significance and strengthening the creativity and flexibility needed to meet life’s complex challenges.

In our work together, you can expect respectful, supportive guidance that allows you to freely explore your experiences without judgment. We will identify obstacles, gently confront what feels painful, and move toward the possibilities that align with your values and dreams. My intention is to foster a sense of trust and safety so you leave each session feeling seen, heard, and accepted.

My role is to create a non-judgmental space where empathy, empowerment, and curiosity support your growth, deepen your self-awareness, and help you cultivate meaningful insight.
