Yoga and meditation were vital in my healing, and I believe they can help you too. I work on improving both physical and mental health by caring for your mind and body. By setting safe, achievable goals and using yoga, breathing exercises, and meditation, you can improve your self-image and find inner strength. I offer trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, and meditation for a complete experience. In small groups or individual sessions, we will focus on personal growth and the connection between mind and body. By understanding where trauma affects you, you can learn to handle and express feelings in healthier ways. I look forward to creating a personalized plan with you.
