Grounded in Recovery is a yoga-based group designed to support individuals navigating substance use and recovery. This group uses trauma-informed movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to help participants regulate their nervous systems, reconnect with their bodies, and find empowerment in healing.

Stronger Together:

Healing through connection, courage and hope

A supportive group for teen girls ages 13–16 navigating anxiety, depression, and self-harming behaviors. Through guided discussions, skill-building activities, and peer support, participants learn healthy coping strategies, build self-confidence, and form meaningful connections. Together, we create a safe space to grow stronger—one step at a time.
